Refunds & Shipping
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds (don't like the scent, don't like the consistency, etc). We do however want to meet your expectations with our products and we understand that sometimes things can go wrong with "natural" products. Our batches are not prepared with machinery and will vary slightly from batch to batch - not taking away anything from our products! We take a lot of pride in preparing and packaging them for you - if however a product arrives not as expected or damaged - please let us know right away - we want our customers to be happy. We encourage you to please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions you may have about a product prior to your purchase - we are happy to help you decide which product may be best for you!
Our products are shipped from our location in New York via USPS primarily, either by First Class Package Service or Priority Mail. All of our products are artisan crafted and hand poured from small batches. We ask for your patience while we process your order which may take 7 to 10 days for certain products... we do our very best to process and ship sooner! You'll be notified via email once your package is on the way to you. Actual delivery times is dependent on the carrier.
Our products are carefully packed with love, but we know that sometimes damage can occur during the shipping process. If this happens, contact us within 3 days and we will send a replacement at no charge. To approve the exchange, we'll require photo's of the damage along with your name and order number which you can send to us at email@example.com.
Note: Replacements are not offered for scenarios that include "incorrect address" or shipments shown as "delivered" in the tracking update. We will always do our best to work with you to sort out any confusion.
If there is any error with your order, please let us know right away or within 3 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can quickly take care of things for you!
Please note that homestead body is not responsible for additional shipping costs associated with returns + exchanges, and we cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages that may be lost in transit to homestead body.
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal at checkout on a secure system. Sales tax is required on orders shipped within New York state at the local tax rate.
